Book Signing

Have your "Journeying for Justice" book signed by it's authors at Exclusive Books (Liberty Midlands Mall) this Saturday at 10am.

Among those attending the signing will be Joan Kerchhoff and Colin Gardner ( founders of PACSA) as well as Thulas Ndlovu a long standing employee of the organisation.

PUBLIC MEETING (TO PROTEST) ON THE ELECTRICITY PRICE HIKES

The Pietermaritzburg Agency for Christian Social Awareness (in collaboration with the Pietermaritzburg region of COSATU/and COSATU) will convene a public meeting on Thursday, 25 March 2010 at 6.00 p.m. in the Pietermaritzburg City Hall, to discuss the latest electricity tariff increases of 24.8% from April 1st. 

Representatives from Eskom, NERSA and the Umsunduzi municipality have been invited to engage directly with the public and hear firsthand their concerns and the impact such steep tariff increases would have on consumers already struggling to make ends meet.
